You need: PC with a Sound Card (audio-in and audio-out ports), Internet Connection, a Telephone (preferably Cordless) and a Chat-Cord™.

Connect the Chat-Cord™ to the phone (corded or cordless) and to the computer's sound card as shown in this picture:
